Jacqueline is a true expert who provided invaluable professional guidance. We had a difference of opinion regarding out-of-state service rules for a New York case in Florida, and she took the time to send a detailed, legally accurate clarification on originating jurisdiction rules. As a newer process server, I greatly appreciated her commitment to professional courtesy and education. She is knowledgeable, supportive, and a pleasure to work with.
