New York State Real Property Law's related to eviction matters are complicated. We serve eviction documents in adherence with the law every day.

Once we receive the documents for service of your eviction matter our staff will review the documents ensuring that there is nothing missing or needed. If you submit your job order by email an invoice will be emailed to you for prepayment. We make payment simple using our secure online invoicing. Simply open the link in the email to the invoice, click the blue pay-now button on the upper right hand corner of the invoice and you will be able to securely remit payment with a credit card. The file will then be served in accordance with New York State Law, real time emails are sent using our GPS enabled software of all attempts/service. A Notarized affidavit is prepared and mailed to you to file with the court.

While notices are served as soon as possible upon our receipt. New York State Law requires that the Notice of Petition and Petition to recover real property are served no less than 10 days before the return date (court date) and no more than 17 days prior. Therefore, we ask to avoid rush fee's and ensure we can properly serve your documents we receive them 18-20 days prior, this will allow us to review your documents, prepare a file, issue the invoice as well as properly serve them in accordance with the law.
